Product Overview

The honeycomb anode tube is a hexagonal collecting tube used in wet electrostatic precipitators and electric tar precipitators. Multiple hexagonal tubes are arranged side by side to form a compact honeycomb tube bundle, providing a large grounded surface for charged particles and mist droplets to migrate, deposit and be removed.

In WESP and electric tar precipitator operation, flue gas passes through the honeycomb channels while a central discharge electrode generates corona discharge. Dust, PM2.5, acid mist, tar mist, oil mist, SO₃ mist and condensable aerosols become charged, migrate to the inner tube wall, and are captured on the surface. A circulating water or process liquid film continuously washes the collected pollutants into the drain, preventing fouling and maintaining stable electric field performance.

• Cooperation with discharge electrode: the discharge electrode is suspended inside each honeycomb tube to generate corona discharge.

• Wet flushing cleaning: circulating liquid washes captured pollutants from the tube wall, keeping the surface clean and maintaining collection efficiency.
